How exactly do credits work?

Credits are used to extend the limits of specific features. We have three types of credits:

1. Applications - this allows you to receive more applications for jobs that attract high numbers of applicants. 1 credit costs Ksh. 2,500/- for 300 extra applications.
2. Job Creation - this lets you create more job posts (traditional recruitment). 1 credit costs Ksh. 5,000/- for 1 job post.
3. Conversational Search - this lets you use natural language to search the database for candidates who fit your job description. You can either type a natural language prompt or paste a full JD, and the system will process your prompt, search the database, and shortlist the top 15 candidates. 1 credit costs Ksh. 5,000/- for 1 conversational search.

Please note that conversational search is a complete recruitment feature that includes shortlisting and automated candidate communications. If you want to search candidates but not recruit, you can do so in the candidates page accessible from the dashboard.

What happens to my unused credits?

Unused credits roll over to the next month, though they must be used within that month to avoid expiry. The good thing is that the credits are spent in a FIFO style, meaning credits from the previous month get used first. This ensures that you never lose any credits as long as you're performing the relevant recruitment tasks.

Please note that these credit rollovers only apply to the recruitment features, i.e. creating jobs and recruiting via chat.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. To upgrade or downgrade, just visit the Settings page and select the 'Plan & Billing' tab. You'll see the upgrade/downgrade option in the 'Plan Information' section.

What does the Free Trial provide?

The 30-day free trial is based on the Basic plan, which gives you full access to the system, with the only limits being the number of users (2 users), job posts (1 job), recruiting via chat (1 search), applications per job (max. 400 applications), and keyword-based candidate search (50 searches). Everything else is available without limits, including AI-powered candidate shortlisting with reasons, automated personalized candidate communications, and unlimited candidate contact details.

Do you provide eTIMS invoices?

Yes, we provide eTIMS-compliant invoices.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and Mpesa payments.
